Aik Cheong - Kopi O

Despite what's stated in the ingredients, this coffee doesn't taste like it has sugar at all! So I shall label it both as kopiO (kosong) and kopiO (sugar).

A very strong/gao coffee. Slightly sour-ish when I added some sugar. Could be my sugar because stuff always taste sour when I add this sugar. hmmm... time to change sugar?

Noted a discrepancy in instructions on the individual sachet and the overall bag: The individual sachets state to add 120ml of boiling water while the overall bag says 180ml. I tried using 180ml as I like to have a bigger cup of coffee. The coffee was still thick and strong, comparable to its other kopiO. Very aromatic. Sweet smooth and easy to drink. Nice.

I added only hot water (instead of boiling water) as instructed by the label on its packet and steeped for 3 minutes. Coffee was watery. I shall try one with boiling water the next time.
